The SL-N15 is a linear tracking turntable that operates fully automatically. Just put the record on and press play!
This turntable also comes with a built in pre-amplifier. A rare featrue for a vintage turntable to have. That means it does not require a dedicated phone input, but would also work on e.g. DVD or AUX input. The pre-amplifier can be switched off, if you prefer to hook it up to your phono input or high end phono stage.
While your average turntable has an arm attached at a pivot point, moving at an increasing angle, the linear tracking turntable moved the arm parallel to the record. That reduces tracking errors and plays the record the way it was actually produced.
This unit has received quite a bit of service:

- Replacement of stylus with a brand new one
