The Sonab 98S is an excpetionally good sounding belt driven turntable. While sold from the scandinavian high end brand Sonab, the turntable was actually made my Yamaha and is a Yamaha YP-500.
This unit has been serviced. The motor start capacitor has been replaced as well as the belt. Bearing for the motor and main shaft have been lubricated with quality synthetic oils.
